About the Role The Next Step Programme supports children and young people who find education difficult to access and who have complicated personal lives. The role focuses on delivering therapeutic educational provision, helping young people progress to further provision, and linking with other agencies to address holistic needs. The successful candidate will educate and support students, set up educational programmes, and work flexibly as part of a supportive team. What You'll Do
- Deliver and set up educational programmes for young people in Oxfordshire.
- Address their needs through a holistic programme.
- Link with other agencies involved with the young person.
- Educate and support young people to make positive next steps in their lives.
- Plan and deliver 1:1 or small-group learning sessions; maintain safeguarding and child protection procedures.
