About the Role Solventum is seeking a New Product Introduction Project Manager for MedSurg to lead cross-functional launches of new medical products. The role focuses on delivering timely, compliant, and market-ready solutions that improve patient outcomes and support healthcare professionals. What You'll Do
- Lead cross-functional NPI projects for MedSurg products from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with regulatory and quality requirements.
- Develop program plans, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with product management, regulatory affairs, quality, operations, manufacturing, and field teams to ensure successful execution.
- Prepare and deliver launch readiness activities, training, and customer adoption support. What We're Looking For
