Job Purpose
- The Network Support Officer is responsible for ensuring the availability, security, reliability, and optimal performance of the organization’s network infrastructure.
- The role provides technical support for LAN, WAN, wireless, and internet connectivity, monitors network performance, troubleshoots network-related issues, implements security standards, and supports the deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company’s IT infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage helpdesk and provide first level technical assistance to staff in line with predefined policies and procedures
