Purpose of Job To drive distribution and visibility in the open market and Modern Trade outlets. The role focuses on driving sales growth, achieve volume and value targets, report and monitor competitors' activities, and manage 3rd party distributions in both open market and modern trade channels, to ensure company sales objectives are met.
Principal Accountabilities Oversee business affairs for the open market and modern trade channels for prime SBU, for the effective management and coordination of all business activities within the open market and modern trade channels. Ensure that company’s products are effectively merchandised and promoted in the open market and MOT space to contribute to growth and profitability of the unit.
