Materials Specialist II OR Materials Specialist III

Position Summary The Material Specialist position is responsible for executing day-to-day activities in support of warehouse operations including, but not limited to, inventory control, issues, receiving, transfers, chemical inventory and, if applicable, equipment and tools. Assuring inventory accuracy is a critical aspect of the position which includes physical inventory and chemical inventory processes. The job activity ensures the safe movement and handling of required parts and maintenance materials into and out of Duke Energy Facilities. The successful Materials Specialist candidate ensures work priorities are established and adhered to for those activities associated with material handling processes and systems.
