Mission
- Make visible and control in all business areas external subscriber fraud to agreed business acceptable levels.
Description
- Develop and implement business and strategy plan for Fraud Management.
- Plan, prioritise and co-ordinate the work of the subscriber fraud operations team.
- Take ownership of the fraud management system, identify and deliver business case and requirements for future system integration and delivery.
- Develop business awareness of the subscriber fraud team and obtain business buy-in to methodologies and strategies.
- Research, document, and implement industry best practices regarding fraud prevention and detection.
- Develop and establish external fraud detection policy, processes, and procedures.
