About the Role The Manager, Artificial Intelligence Policy will join Netflix's Industry Growth team within the broader Policy Strategy Partners (PSP) group under Global Affairs. The role shapes Netflix's strategic positioning and advocacy around the use of artificial intelligence, ensuring a creator- and innovation-driven, responsible approach is understood and clearly distinguished from harmful or unethical applications. What You'll Do
- Shape and implement Netflix’s AI policy strategy and advocacy.
- Work closely with the PSP and Global Affairs, and collaborate with regional policy leads and cross-functional partners in legal, content, comms, finance, and product to drive alignment, shape global strategies, and ensure those strategies are locally resonant, accounting for cultural, legal, and regulatory nuances.
