Job Description This role supports the French Finance team by assisting with day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, and basic analysis. The position is based in Madrid and contributes to ensuring accurate financial records, supporting month-end closing, and helping the business maintain financial visibility and control.
JOB DUTIES
- Assist the Finance Manager with the monthly closing process, supporting activities such as the preparation and posting of journal entries within the defined framework.
- Assist in preparing basic financial reports and analysis for the French Finance team
- Help maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Support monitoring of expenses and assist in tracking indirect spend
- Prepare data and supporting files for forecasting and budgeting activities
