About the Role Caterpillar's Desford Paint Facility is seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations through dedicated weekend maintenance coverage (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). This role has been created to increase planned preventative maintenance activities, improve equipment reliability, and minimise unplanned downtime across our paint and production facilities. What You'll Do
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities on paint facility equipment.
- Maintain critical plant and equipment to the highest standards to support safe, efficient, and reliable production.
- Provide weekend maintenance coverage (Friday-Sunday) to increase planned maintenance and reduce unplanned downtime. What We're Looking For
- A skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician capable of performing PPM and maintaining critical plant/equipment.
