About the Role Brookburn Primary School is seeking a Lunchtime Organiser to support children during the lunchtime period. Working under the direction of the Senior Lunchtime Organiser and the Operations Manager, you will help create a calm, safe and enjoyable lunchtime experience for all pupils. What You'll Do
- Supervising students in dining halls, playgrounds, and designated areas
- Encouraging positive behaviour in line with the school's behaviour policy
- Supporting students with queries or minor issues
- Promoting a safe and inclusive environment
- Reporting incidents or concerns to senior staff
- Assisting with the organisation of queues and movement around the site What We're Looking For
- Experience of working in a school environment or with young people
- Calm, patient, and approachable with good communication and interpersonal skills
