About the Role We are seeking a full-time Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support children across Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1 (or with SEND). The role starts September 2026 and requires a calm, nurturing practitioner who can build strong relationships with children, parents and staff. What You'll Do
- Provide 1:1 support and small group interventions to promote learning and emotional regulation.
- Support teachers with lesson preparation and activities and assist with classroom delivery.
- Work across Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1 or with SEND, adapting to individual needs.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, families and the school team.
- Contribute to a calm, inclusive classroom environment and help pupils develop independence. What We're Looking For
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and experience in schools.
