About the Role An opportunity to provide tailored learning support to pupils as a Learning Support or Cover Supervisor at The Olive School, Hackney. The role focuses on supporting learning, developing pupils' progress and creating an outstanding learning environment. What You'll Do
- Provide tailored support to pupils to enable learning and development.
- Support learning and teaching, including contributing to planning and preparation of lessons.
- Work one-to-one, in small groups and with whole classes to address diverse learning needs.
- Develop positive relationships across the school and the Star community. What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 2 Teaching Assistant or equivalent.
- Experience of working with children in a school setting.
- Experience of working knowledge of the National Curriculum.
- Ability to work one-to-one, in small groups and with whole classes.
