About the Role The Early Years Stronger Practice Advisor (EYSPA) Programme will deliver targeted support to eligible settings to boost children’s development, improve outcomes and narrow the disadvantage gap. An EYSPA will be able to offer coaching and guidance using their expertise and experience, to address issues quickly and effectively. What You'll Do
- Provide coaching and on-site guidance to early years settings to improve practice and outcomes.
- Support schools and settings in implementing best-start practices and targeted interventions.
- Collaborate with the EYSPA Lead and other practitioners to address issues quickly and effectively.
- Travel to schools/settings within the area coverage (Sheffield, Barnsley and Rotherham) as required. What We're Looking For
- Experience in early years education and coaching/mentoring roles.
