About the Role Dysart School is seeking Learning Support Assistants to join our dedicated and welcoming team to support pupils with severe learning disabilities, including Autism. The role involves delivering learning support under the direction of the class teacher and contributing to all aspects of school life. What You'll Do
- Deliver excellent support for learning under the direction of the teacher.
- Follow instructions and guidance from the class teacher to provide support for pupils, reinforcing their learning and ensuring their understanding.
- Participate in all aspects of the curriculum and school life including swimming, Learning Outside the Classroom (LOTC) activities, and residentials where appropriate.
- Attend all whole-school INSET days and twilight sessions. What We're Looking For
