Key Deliverables
- To support the Human Resources Manager in the effective delivery of the overall L&D strategy.
- The post holder will identify development needs, design, create, and deliver solutions across the organization at every level, including online learning.
- Responsible for setting clear points of evaluation and able to demonstrate the degree of success achieved for all L&D interventions.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Training design, scheduling, and coordination.
- Consult and partner with line managers/heads of department to incorporate operational/functional requirements and implement training needs assessments (TNA).
- Support in designing and revalidating the Competency matrix for all roles/units
