About the Role As a Lead Software Engineer in the Healthcare Workforce Solutions (HWS) group, you’ll help shape the technology behind the Laudio product and build a cloud-based platform used by clinicians and professionals across the lifecycle of learning. You’ll collaborate with teams across the United States and Nepal in a fast-growing environment. The role is primarily remote with a preference for East Coast alignment and occasional in-person collaboration; travel to Nepal may be required for deeper engineering collaboration. What You'll Do
- Lead a Scrum-based team of software engineers to rapidly ship high-quality features to production, partnering with Product
- Architect scalable, highly available, and performant software
- Hands-on coding across the full stack (React, TypeScript, Node.js)
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and design discussions
