About this role
About the Role As a Lead Product Manager, you will manage a Product Management team and be accountable for setting the product vision, roadmap, and product-market-fit. You will lead activities to align stakeholders with the product strategy and broader Rockwell Automation priorities, including outcome-based selling and ARR. You will advocate for the end-user, drive Voice-of-Customer research, and partner closely with engineering, operations, and development to shape the customer experience. You will report to the Product Manager Head. What You'll Do
- Manage a team of Product Managers, providing direct supervision to professional individual contributors.
- Manage and align stakeholders to the product strategy; articulate alignment with broader Rockwell Automation strategies (e.g., outcome-based selling, ARR) and business value of the product.
