Job Purpose The Lead, Maintenance (Power Plant) plans and coordinates maintenance activities, identify equipment requirements, maintain an efficient and accurate records of departmental technical information for the achievement of company’s goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assists in scheduling all planned maintenance activity at the site.
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and engineers to ensure the efficient operation of the power plant.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to production processes
