Job Summary
- The Laundry Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel's laundry and linen services, ensuring that all guest garments, staff uniforms, hotel linen, towels, tablecloths, napkins, curtains, and other fabric items are processed efficiently, hygienically, and to the highest luxury hospitality standards.
- The role ensures the proper operation of laundry equipment, effective supervision of laundry personnel, inventory control of linen and uniforms, quality assurance, cost control, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
