About this role
Core Responsibilities
- General Ledger Ownership: Execute journal entries, period-end accruals, prepaid expenses, and cash allocations for multi-currency global entities.
- Balance Sheet Integrity: Own high-volume account reconciliations (Cash, Accruals, Other Current Receivables/Payables), ensuring variances are investigated and resolved within month-end close deadlines.
- Cross-Functional Operations: Partner with Procurement, AP, and AR operations to resolve ledger mismatches and ensure strict cut-off accuracy.
- Audit & Compliance Readiness: Prepare audit schedules and provide clean, well-documented evidence for regional external audit requests.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the close process and actively participate in NetSuite optimization and workflow automation projects.
