JOB OVERVIEW:
The IT Support Officer is the first line of IT support for UUL United Logistics. Positioned within Human Resources and reporting to the HRD, the role is responsible for employee ID badge production, staff mailbox applications and account permission setup, day-to-day operation of the office network, CCTV system and connected terminal equipment, hardware and software troubleshooting for employees, and routine execution and monitoring of information-security controls.
