Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle for IT application initiatives using the IPEEC process (Initiate, Plan, Execute, Evaluate, Close) within a Waterfall project structure.
- Provide project management, organizational change management (OCM), and strategic consulting support to senior executives and business leaders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams—including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, HR, Legal, Finance, and IT—to ensure alignment of application solutions with business goals and processes.
- Own and maintain comprehensive Smartsheet project planning documents, including:
- Project schedules and Gantt charts
- Cost estimations and budgeting
- Resource estimations and allocations
- Business requirements documentation
- Status dashboards and risk/issue logs
