What You'll Do
- Coordinate with insurance providers to secure and renew funding approvals for clients
- Monitor expiry dates and initiate renewals proactively
- Document everything accurately—communications and clinical notes—in the EMR system
- Be the go-to person for client questions; respond to calls and emails in a timely, professional way
- Work closely with internal teams to gather information needed to keep things moving
- Connect with physician offices to collect required documentation to support client care
