Based in Pearland, TX, you will provide total support to sales representatives and their customers by providing technical support, pre-sale, and post-sales activities. In this position, you will partner with customers to make the world healthier, safer, and balanced! In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Provide full customer service and order management. Take ownership to understand the customer's needs. Efficiently offer product alternatives for customers based on clear application requirements to meet customer and support sales objectives best. Act as an information resource for Field Sales Representatives. Improve the scope of supply. Review incoming order requests.
