About the Role Join TELUS' People & Culture and Finance teams as an Incentive Tool Data Analyst to help redefine how we reward and engage our teams. You’ll document business requirements, perform UAT for incentive tool releases, and turn data into insights to optimize processes and drive sustainable results. This role focuses on incentive design, data integrity, and continuous improvement across the organization. What You'll Do
- Document business requirements and perform User Acceptance Testing for incentive tool releases and projects.
- Produce monthly and adhoc analytical reports to different levels of management.
- Model data and provide recommendations for incentive plans.
- Plan configuration within the incentive tools.
- Support data integrity analysis and auto-load of data feeds.
- Support monthly incentive processing and audits.
