About this role
Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and commercially aware Human Resources Manager to lead the organisation's people, policy, compliance, and employee performance functions.
- The ideal candidate will have strong generalist HR experience combined with a good understanding of Nigerian labour and employment law. Because the role will also involve reviewing agreements, external documentation and organisational commitments, candidates with prior legal experience, experience working closely with legal teams, or a strong legal/compliance background will have an advantage.
- This is a hands-on management position requiring someone who can develop HR systems while also effectively managing day-to-day employee matters.
