Job Summary
The HSE Officer is responsible for ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across petroleum operations, waste management, pollution control, haulage, and marine services. The role combines regulatory enforcement, risk management, and emergency preparedness to protect workers, communities, and the environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Risk Assessment: Conduct hazard identification, job hazard analysis (JHA), and risk registers for petroleum, industrial, and marine operations.
- Permit to Work: Administer PTW systems for hot work, confined space, lifting, and marine operations.
- Site Inspections: Carry out routine inspections, behavioral safety observations, and audits across facilities.
