Description
- Hire Resolve's Client is currently looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to join their mining company based in Gauteng. You will be responsible for delivering operational HR support by driving workforce planning, talent management, employee relations and people development initiatives while ensuring legislative compliance and effective business partnership.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational HR support to management and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
- Coordinate workforce planning, recruitment and onboarding activities to meet operational requirements.
- Support talent management, succession planning and employee development initiatives.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, attendance management and performance management processes.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports and workforce analytics to support business decision-making.
