About the Role The HR Business Product Manager (People Operations Wave Lead) is a core member of Microsoft's Pay Transformation program, a global initiative to modernize the payroll operating model by establishing Employee Central (EC) as the single source of truth for pay. What You'll Do
- Lead product management initiatives within the Pay Transformation program for payroll.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize the payroll operating model.
- Drive adoption of Employee Central as the single source of truth for pay data. What We're Looking For
- Experience in product management and/or payroll/payroll domain, with ability to lead global initiatives.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across HR, payroll, and engineering teams.
- Strategic thinker with ability to translate business needs into practical product requirements. Nice to Have
