About the Role
The HR Business Partner supports leaders in designing the employee strategy for their area of responsibility and acts as the HR partner for assigned topics. The role includes coordinating HR topics in crisis situations, handling escalations, and organizing information for ASI and workforce planning.
What You'll Do

Support leaders in designing the employee strategy for their respective area of responsibility

Act as HR Business Partner to assigned area of responsibility in HR related matters: Coordinate HR related topics (crisis situations – e.g. economic, social, etc.) by request of respective leader

Act as an interface during escalations

Organize the relevant information for ASI, personnel planning (FTE, personnel costs), KPIs
