About the Role This role will accelerate the adoption of AI and automation within HR by focusing on data quality, workflow efficiency, and AI-enabled employee/manager support. The position sits within HR (cost center) and is seconded to the central AI team under a matrix setup, ensuring alignment with enterprise AI standards while remaining deeply embedded in HR priorities. What You'll Do
- Analyze HR processes (e.g. job catalog, performance, employee lifecycle) and identify opportunities for automation and AI support
- Improve data consistency and structure in core HR systems (e.g. job titles, org structures, cost centers) to enable reliable AI usage
- Support HR teams in prioritizing foundational improvements that unlock AI value
- Configure and prototype HR AI use cases using Copilot Studio and existing enterprise platforms
