Your purpose will be:
To support the housekeeping leadership in all areas to ensure consistency and excellence in service standards. To drive quality through support, development and training of the guest servicing agents and HOH porters.
You will be accountable for: Taking ownership for showcasing our rooms and public areas ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness Ensuring the seamless running of the housekeeping department alongside the housekeeping leadership Providing support and supervision for all areas and colleagues within the housekeeping and laundry team
