About the Role Vaughan Primary School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and reliable Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work as part of a team, cover classes as required, and provide one-to-one and small-group support both in and out of the classroom. The role aims to demonstrate an impact on pupil progress while promoting inclusion and positive behaviour. What You'll Do
- Cover classes as required as part of the school team
- Provide one-to-one and small-group support both inside and outside the classroom
- Support pupil progress and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, demonstrating flexibility, patience and commitment
- Demonstrate GCSE-level competency in Maths and English
- Participate in safeguarding and pre-employment checks; Enhanced DBS check required; pre-employment health screening
