About the Role The Healthcare Professional initiates prescribed respiratory therapy in the Medigas office or client homes, including assessment, education, documentation and follow-up to ensure equipment performance and client compliance. Promoting Medigas products and services to referral sources and providing educational in-services to medical and healthcare communities are integral parts of the role.
What You'll Do
- Initiate and monitor prescribed respiratory therapy in clients’ homes, including assessments, education, documentation, and follow-up to ensure equipment performance and client compliance.
- Deliver and exchange equipment at client homes; may involve lifting equipment up to 60 pounds.
- Travel to clients’ homes for in-home visits; some visits may require long-distance travel.
