About the Role An experienced and inspirational primary school leader is sought to provide strategic leadership across the Saints Federation and its partner school, setting direction and vision for several schools and ensuring high standards of teaching and learning. What You'll Do
- Provide strategic leadership across the Federation and partner school to set direction and vision for several schools, raising standards in teaching and learning and delivering excellent pupil outcomes.
- Support and develop Federation school leaders, empowering them to lead with confidence.
- Manage staff development and curriculum oversight to ensure professional growth and effective curriculum delivery.
- Communicate effectively with parents, governors and the community to promote excellence and ongoing school improvement.
