- The Head of Solar Engineering is responsible for leading the Company's solar engineering activities, including system design, installation, commissioning, maintenance, technical support, and project execution while ensuring quality, safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the solar engineering team, including engineers, technicians, and installers.
- Assign tasks and supervise project execution to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Mentor and train junior staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure all staff follow health, safety, and Company procedures.
- Review and approve system designs and technical proposals prepared by engineers.
