- Develop and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly sales and marketing strategies aligned with the Company's business objectives and revenue targets.
- Drive the achievement of sales, revenue, profitability, and market share targets across all branches, outlets, and sales channels.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, distribution channels, and revenue streams.
