ILEO Group is looking for a highly organized, result-driven and experienced Head of Operations (HOP) to oversee our day-to-day operations, people management and Customer Service/Sales Closing Unit.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can manage people, enforce standards and, most importantly, drive measurable business results.

Your Key Responsibilties

Oversee staff attendance, discipline and performance

Manage recruitment, onboarding and staff development
-
Handle queries, warnings and disciplinary processes

Coordinate staff training and performance reviews

Maintain proper staff documentation and administrative processes.

Lead and supervise the CSR/Sales Closing department

Manage Team Leaders and CSRs
-
Monitor daily and weekly conversion/delivery performance
