About this role
The organisation is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Human Resources to lead its end-to-end people function across its industrial, agricultural, commercial, and support operations. The Head of Human Resources will serve as the principal adviser to the Managing Director/CEO on people, organisation, and workforce matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the organisation has the right workforce, leadership capability, performance discipline, employee-relations framework, and practical HR systems required to operate safely, productively, and sustainably.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workforce planning, organisation design, recruitment, and timely mobilisation of critical talent.
- Develop and maintain accurate job descriptions, organisation charts, headcount controls, onboarding, probation, and confirmation processes.
