About the Role Eskom is seeking a senior leader to provide governance, compliance and ethics oversight. The role will drive an ethical culture, ensure alignment with legislative and regulatory frameworks, and lead the governance function to safeguard the organization's integrity and performance. What You'll Do
- Manage the provision of effective governance, compliance and ethics oversight.
- Lead, manage, control and coordinate section activities and resources.
- Manage communication and stakeholder relationships, including ethical advisory services.
- Perform strategic management with emphasis on ethical culture and conduct. What We're Looking For
