About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Finance to lead and professionalise the company's entire finance function.
- The successful candidate will serve as a key adviser to the Managing Director/CEO on financial performance, controls, liquidity, capital allocation, funding, and strategic business decisions across the company's feed-milling, poultry, farm, commercial, and support operations.
- The role will also be responsible for building the finance function, strengthening existing processes, and establishing reliable financial reporting and control systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and professionalise the finance function, including finance policies, processes, reporting standards, and team structure.
- Oversee accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
