Job Description
- The Head, Information Technology is to lead the Bank's technology strategy, digital transformation initiatives, and enterprise-wide technology operations.
- The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership across Information Technology, Software Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Digital Banking Platforms, Core Banking Systems, IT Governance, and Enterprise Architecture. This role is responsible for ensuring that the Bank's technology environment remains secure, scalable, highly available, and fully compliant with regulatory requirements while enabling business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
