We are seeking an experienced, results-driven, and execution-focused Head, Field Operations to lead and scale our nationwide field operations

Reporting to the General Manager, APA, you will provide strategic leadership for all field operations, driving Retirement Savings Account (RSA) acquisition, retail market expansion, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
You will oversee nationwide field teams, strengthen stakeholder relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver sustainable business growth through effective field execution.

The ideal candidate should possess:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related discipline (MBA/Master's degree is an advantage).
