About the team We're looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to help solve one of Turo's hardest marketplace problems: supply constraints in key Canadian markets. This role drives execution of the top-of-funnel supply acquisition engine, from awareness through conversion, in partnership with the Marketplace Growth director, and is focused on building scalable, cost-efficient ways to bring high-quality hosts onto the platform. You'll operate at the intersection of data, experimentation, and execution, testing new channels, optimizing conversion, and shaping how Turo attracts the next generation of hosts across Canada.
