About the Role
Our client, a diversified industrial group with operations across steel manufacturing, mining, energy and oil & gas, is seeking an experienced Group Chief Security & Resilience Officer (GCSRO) to provide strategic leadership for the Group’s security, investigations, crisis management and business resilience functions. The GCSRO will serve as the principal adviser to the Group Managing Director, Executive Management and Board on enterprise security risks, protecting the Group’s people, assets, information, operations and reputation across all business units and operating locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Security Strategy & Governance: Develop and implement the Group’s security and resilience strategy, policies, risk framework and performance standards, advising the GMD, ExCo and Board on emerging security risks.
