The role focuses on data analysis, reporting, and presentation of evaluation findings with flexible hours in a hybrid on-campus/remote arrangement. What You'll Do
- Data Analysis & Management: Clean, organize, and manage internal evaluation datasets (e.g., survey responses, program participation metrics, feedback forms). Conduct descriptive and inferential statistical analyses and qualitative thematic coding. Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with data privacy policies.
