About the Role As part of Picnic's Graduate Program, you'll own parts of our logistics tech products from day one and become a Product Manager faster than the industry standard. You'll work end-to-end to understand operational challenges, analyze data, collaborate with business teams, and validate impact through experiments and analytics. This hands-on program is designed to accelerate growth from recent graduate to PM. What You'll Do
- Learn to solve operational problems and shape new solutions by analyzing data and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Build your first features from scratch and own the full product development lifecycle, scoping problems and driving cross-functional execution.
- Own a logistics product scope end-to-end, leading research, technical implementation, and rollout across warehousing, inbound, inventory, and last-mile operations.
