Global Affiliate Lead
As the Global Affiliate Lead, you will own the growth and evolution of Avon's global affiliate and creator programme, helping establish it as a significant acquisition, revenue, and advocacy channel. You'll be responsible for scaling an affiliate ecosystem that connects creators, influencers, customers, publishers, and partners across multiple markets, while driving measurable commercial performance. Working cross-functionally with teams across Digital Commerce, Paid Media, Brand, CRM, Social, and local markets, you'll develop strategies that accelerate growth, strengthen creator engagement, and expand Avon's presence in the social commerce landscape.
