- Perform general ledger entries and balance reconciliations
- Support month-end close and financial reporting
- Assist with budgeting and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Proven experience in general ledger accounting and month-end close
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
