- Are you a seasoned hospitality professional with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth? Xpresso Café, Bar & Restaurant and Mocha Rooms are seeking an experienced and results-oriented General Manager to provide strategic leadership, oversee all aspects of operations, enhance guest experiences, and drive profitability across our hospitality business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 7–10 years' progressive experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 3 years managing a sizeable Food & Beverage (F&B) operation.
- Demonstrated experience managing restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels, or multi-outlet hospitality businesses.
